Meet The Team!
Annie Niccolai
I came into this industry by fate, I was working at a local bar here in Indianapolis during Super Bowl weekend while attending college when a catering sales manager from a local well known catering company left her business card. After giving it some thought I decided to go in for an interview. Hired as an event manager I quickly fell in love with the fast pace of the hospitality industry. After about six months in, I was asked to interview for a planning position and quickly accepted the challenge.
After working in, and specializing in catered full-service wedding and corporate events for seven years, I realized that as much as I loved working with my passion for food, how much more I loved the full on planning and coordinating of events. My clients come first, their vision comes to life and their goals are my goals.
When I am not on the job, you can find me doing what I love most. Spending time with family and friends, traveling, being lazy with my husband Brian, finding amazing places to eat, playing with our adorable puppy Puck and talking to my mom aka my best friend in the world!
My love for client interaction, carefully thought out personal details, perfectly executed timelines, absolute standard for quality, passion and element of surprise is what makes me love what I do. I cannot wait to begin planning with you! A-Lawe us to be the difference between just another event and your memorable wedding day.

I have a passion for delicious food. As a student in the Hospitality program of Ivy Tech, I was required to take a culinary class. It ended up being one of my favorite classes! I love creating my own healthy and mouth-watering recipes! My husband, Tom, is always such a willing guinea pig to try my new recipes. I can always tell if he really likes the food. If it’s ok he says, “It’s delicious. Thank you.” If the food is good he says, “THAT WAS AWESOME!” (He’s a pretty easy read.)
My love of special events started very young. Growing up, my mother always hosted family events. From a young age, I learned basic hospitality like taking coats and offering beverages to guests as they walked in the door. As I got older, I assisted her with menu planning, and setting the room. I learned to love the craziness that surrounded our family events. Then in 2012, I began working at a local catering company while attending Ivy Tech Community College. I worked as a server/bartender/runner and I learned that events all depend on vendors working together. I have witnessed events go bad, and I have seen events go very well.
One thing that all successful events have in common is one point of contact. They need that one person who has the complete picture. If more than one person has the complete picture, great! But often few can see the entire vision. To quote my mother, “Somebody’s gotta be in charge. It might as well be me.”
I am thrilled to help you with your special day! I will use my passion for food, details, and special events to make your day what you have dreamed it would be.
